With support from the Newquay Carnival, Newquay Lions and Towan Blystra Lions, Blystra Arts will be running several creative sessions in primary schools and in the community at Nansledan Arts Festival ahead of the 2025 Newquay Carnival.

The Blystra team will be making giant jellyfish umbrellas across the whole community and then inviting people to parade with them together at the Carnival on the 5th. The theme of the carnival is: Surf, Sea and Going Green.
